This yarn popped out of my stash this summer, and when I began knitting with it I was surprised to discover the little bit of yellow in it.
"Who puts yellow in black and dark-red-purple yarn," I wondered, "And why?"
A little later my husband delivered a snack of sliced-up plum, and all my questions were answered.
Meanwhile, it's just before Thanksgiving, and:
Project 1 is done!
Unpredictably, this has caused me to cast on Project 6, but no fear, it's already 25% done!
Project 2 is cast on and moving right along.
Project 3 is still not begun, but really tiny, so it won't take any time at all, right? I've even begun trying to locate the yarn for it...
Project 4 is being ignored, now that it's easygoing and boring.
Possibly predictably, this has led to considering Project 7 (as yet nothing more than a skein of yarn and a gleam in my eye) as a backup.
Project 5 has acquired another skein of yarn, but needs to go into hiding until next week - too many guests in the house!
